摘　　要：目的:旨在检测乳腺癌易感基因(breast cancer susceptibility gene,BRCA)-1/2蛋白在膀胱癌组织中的表达情况,并分析其与膀胱癌临床病理特征的关系。方法:应用免疫组化方法检测70例患者的膀胱癌组织和10例正常膀胱黏膜组织中BRCA-1/2的表达水平,并结合其临床资料及组织病理学特点,分析BRCA-1/2的表达与膀胱癌发生、发展的关系。结果:膀胱正常组织中BRCA-1/2的阳性表达率均为100%,而BRCA-1/2在膀胱癌组织中阳性表达率分别为37.1%和47.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。BRCA-1/2的表达与膀胱癌的临床分期、病理分级和肿瘤个数也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时,结果也表明BRCA-1/2具有相互协同作用(r=0.51,P<0.001)。结论 :BRCA-1/2与膀胱癌的生物学行为之间存在密切相关,可能有助于膀胱癌的诊断及预后的评估。Objective:To explore the expression and significance of breast cancer susceptibility gene(BRCA)-1/2 in bladder cancer,and analyze their correlations to clinicopathologic features of bladder cancer.Methods:The expression of BRCA-1/2 protein in 70 specimens of bladder cancer and 10 normal bladder tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry,and theirs correlations to clinicopathologic features of the patients were analyzed.Results:The results of immunohistochemistry showed that the positive rate of BRCA-1/2 in normal bladder tissues were both 100%,the positive rate of BRCA-1/2 in bladder cancer tissues were 37.1%and 47.1%,respectively,with significant difference(P<0.001).The expression intensity of BRCA-1/2 was related to TNM stage,pathological grading and tumorous numbers,with significant difference(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the results of immunohistochemistry showed that BRCA-1 and BRCA-2 exist positive correlation between them(r=0.51,P<0.001).Conclusion:The expression of BRCA-1/2 protein was closely related to bladder cancer biological characteristics,and was helpful for diagnosis and prognostic evaluation of bladder cancer.
