摘　　要：目的:研究富亮氨酸α2糖蛋白1(leucine-richα2-glycoprotein-1,LRG1)在溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)患者肠道组织的表达情况,并分析其与疾病严重程度及肠道黏膜上皮增殖之间的关系。方法 :通过免疫组化对UC患者及正常人肠道组织行LRG1和Ki67染色,随后通过半定量方法统计LRG1及Ki67的表达量,通过t检验分析LRG1在UC患者中表达情况,并分析其与疾病严重程度的关系;通过Pearson相关性分析统计LRG1与Ki67表达的相关性。结果:与正常人相比,UC患者肠道组织中LRG1的表达明显增高(P<0.000 1),并随着病情加重,进一步增高(P<0.05);在UC患者肠道组织中,LRG1的表达与肠黏膜上皮细胞Ki67的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:LRG1可能通过促进肠道黏膜上皮细胞增殖参与UC的发生发展过程,而不仅仅是UC的生物标志物。Objective:To study the expression of leucine-rich alpha 2α-glycoprotein-1(LRG1)and its correlation with prolifera-tion of mucosal epithelium cell in ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods:Immunohistochemistry was used to explore the expression of LRG1 and Ki67 in healthy control and patients with UC.Then the T test was used to analyze the difference between healthy control and UC patients.Pearson correlation analysis was done to explore the correlation between the expression of LRG1 and Ki67 in UC patients.Results:The expression of LRG1 was dramatically increased in patients with UC compared with healthy controls(P<0.000 1).More importantly,the expression of LRG1 was higher in patients with advanced disease compared with patients with mild.In the end,we found that the expression of LRG1 and Ki67 was positively correlated in patients with UC.Conclusion:LRG1 might participate in the pathogenesis of UC by promoting the proliferation of mucosal epithelium cell,not only functioned as a biomarker in UC.
