近三十年高校辅导员研究的前沿演进与热点分析——基于CiteSpace的知识图谱分析

摘　　要：为了全面、直观地展现我国高校辅导员研究的成果,为未来研究提供参考,采用知识图谱分析软件对中国知网上辅导员研究方面的2 167篇文献进行分析。结果发现:高校辅导员研究的前沿演进主要包括三个阶段;高校辅导员研究的热点主要围绕自身发展(包括个体及群体)、工作范畴(包括对象及内容)以及方法与对策等内容展开。未来要加强研究的前瞻性、连贯性及持续性,加强理论基础及验证性研究,形成系统性研究成果,建立国家级研究成果共享库。To show directly and fully the findings of studies involving college counselors,and provide the references to the future studies,this study applied knowledge-mapping analysis to retrieve and analyze 2167 articles involving college counselors from CNKI.The study found three stages on the research process of college counselors.Wherein,the hot topic may be categorized into self-development(including individuals and groups),work domain(including content and objectives),methods and content.In the future,the forward looking,consistency and continuity of research should be emphasized,the integration of theoretical and empirical studies should be enhanced,systematic conclusion need to be formed,and the national sharing pool of research findings should be built.
