幽门螺杆菌分型和患者血脂水平相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨不同血清幽门螺杆菌抗体分型和血脂水平的关系。方法根据幽门螺杆菌抗体检测结果及纳入标准,将195例患者为研究对象,分为Ⅰ型Hp组、Ⅱ型Hp组和Hp抗体阴性组,检测并分析各组的血脂水平。结果血清HP抗体阳性组的三酰甘油水平高于阴性组(1.48±0.77 vs 1.05±0.46),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Ⅰ型Hp组的三酰甘油(1.6±0.93 vs 1.42±0.70)、总胆固醇(4.02±0.73 vs 3.90±1.01)、低密度脂蛋白(2.34±0.7 vs 2.3±0.76)水平高于Ⅱ型Hp组,而高密度脂蛋白(1.00±0.28 vs 1.02±0.32)水平则低于Ⅱ型Hp组,差异无统计学意义。结论 Hp感染会影响患者血脂水平,Ⅰ型Hp感染者血脂水平高于Ⅱ型Hp感染者。Objective To investigate the relationship between the different serotypes of Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)and the level of patient's blood-lipid.Methods According to the serum antibody test and inclusion criteria,a total of 195 patients were divided into typeⅠHp group,typeⅡgroup and serum antibody negative group.Their level of blood-lipid were detected and analysed.Results The level of TG(1.47±0.77 vs 1.05±0.46)in serum antibody positive of Hp group was higher than that of negative group,and the difference between two groups had statistical significance.The level of TG(1.6±0.93 vs 1.41±0.69),TC(4.02±0.73 vs 3.90±1.01)and LDL(2.34±0.7 vs 2.29±0.76)in the typeⅠHp group were higher than that in typeⅡHp group,however,the level of HDL(1.00±0.28 vs 1.02±0.32)was lower than typeⅡHp group,but the difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Hp infection can influence the level of blood-lipid,the and the level of blood-lipid of the patients infected with typeⅠHp is higher than who infected with typeⅡHp.
