两种丁腈橡胶恒定压缩永久变形试样硫化时间研究

摘　　要：选取两种丁腈橡胶材料,牌号分别为5860和5870,通过制备恒定压缩永久变形试验试样,对试样按硫化温度151℃,硫化时间分别为20 min、21 min、22 min、23 min、24 min和15 min、16 min、17 min、18 min、19 min进行硫化,然后测定试样的恒定压缩永久变形值,并对按不同硫化时间硫化试样的测试结果进行对比分析。同时采用硫化仪测试两种丁腈橡胶的硫化曲线,通过硫化曲线研究硫化时间对硫化程度的影响。通过试验分析,获得了两种丁腈橡胶恒定压缩永久变形试验试样适宜的硫化时间。The two types of NBR 5860 and 5870 were compressed in permanently deformed manner.The sulfuration temperature was set at 151℃,and the vulcanizing time was set as 20 to 24 minutes for 5860 and 15 to 19 minutes for 5870 respectively.The deformation was measured and compared according to different sulfuration time.The vulcanization curves were also obtained using sulfuration curve testing instrument,and the influence of time on the vulcanization degree was evaluated.By comparing the testing results,the optimal sulfuration time of the two permanently compressive deformed NBR was obtained.
