摘　　要：目的:探讨武汉市某医院青年外科医师的工作满意度情况。方法:采用横断面问卷调查,按照分层抽样和方便抽样相结合的方法,从武汉市某医院外科随机抽取青年外科医师进行调查。结果:56.21%的青年外科医师对工作总体满意,其中对工作岗位满意度最高,其次为个人身体感觉和组织支持;对个人发展的满意度最低,其次为周围人际关系、对上级主管的反映。结论:医院应在政策层面创造更多晋升机会,科室应从专业层面给予培养和引导,帮助青年外科医师做好职业生涯规划。Objective:To investigate occupational satisfaction among young surgeons in a general hospital.Methods:The cross-sectional investigation was conducted on the young surgeons from a general hospital in Wuhan.Results:56.21%of young surgeons were generally satisfied with their occupation.Satisfaction degree order is as follow:position satisfaction,personal physical condition,organization support,personal development,interpersonal relationship and reflection of supervisor.Conclusion:From the policy level,the hospital should create more opportunities for the doctors’promotion.From the professional level,the department should provide more training of the doctors.
