摘　　要：Connexin43即缝隙连接蛋白43(Cx43),具有保持机体心脏正常电生理活动的重要作用,Cx43可在人体心肌细胞闰盘处形成缝隙连接(gap junctions,GJs),这种连接是正常细胞、组织所具有特征性的标志之一。临床上,诸如高血压、心力衰竭以及心肌梗死等心血管疾病,均可使Cx43的分布或含量发生改变,致使心肌细胞间的信号传递出现障碍,是形成心律失常形成的解剖学基础。本文将对Connexin43与心血管疾病的关系研究进行综述。Connexin43(Cx43)is the most important gap junctions(GJs)in the intercalated disc of human myocardial cells to keep normal electrophysiological activity in the heart,which is one of obvious signs in normal cells and tissues.Clinically,cardiovascular disease,such as hypertension,cardiac failure and myocardial infarction,can make the level and distribution of Cx43 change that leads to the disorders in the myocardial cells signal transduction pathways,which is the anatomy basis of arrhythmia.This study aims to review the connection of Connexin43 and cardiovascular disease.
