图形翻转视觉诱发电位诊治儿童屈光不正性弱视的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨图形翻转视觉诱发电位(pattern reversal VEP,PR-VEP)诊治儿童屈光不正性弱视的临床应用。方法:80例患儿(160眼)接受屈光不正性弱视治疗,依据患儿的弱视类型分为近视弱视组25例(50眼)、远视弱视组25例(50眼)、混合散光性弱视组30例(60眼),对比分析治疗前后图形翻转视觉诱发电位(PR-VEP)检查情况。结果:近视弱视组患儿治疗前后的PR-VEP P100潜伏期值、振幅值、潜伏期差值、振幅差值均大于远视弱视组与混合散光性弱视组(P<0.05),治疗后三组患儿的PR-VEP P100潜伏值、振幅值均小于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:PR-VEP检测近视性弱视具有重要的临床治疗指导意义。Objective:To explore the clinical application of pattern reversal visual evoked potential(PR-VEP)in the diagnosis and treatment of children with refractive errors.Methods:80 cases(160 eyes)were given refractive amblyopic treatment,and were divided into myopic amblyopia group(50 eyes),hyperopia,amblyopia(50 eyes),and mixed astigmatism amblyopic group(60 eyes).The examination results of PR-VEP before and after treatment were comparatively analyzed.Results:The PR-VEP P100 incubation period value,amplitude value,the incubation period and amplitude difference of children in myopic amblyopia group were higher than the hyperopia amblyopia group and the mixed astigmatism amblyopic group before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,PR-VEP P100 latency and amplitude values of children in the three groups were less than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:PR-VEP has an important clinical therapeutic significance in detecting myopic amblyopia.
