摘  要:目的:探讨翻转课堂教学法结合精准医学思想在临床医学专业机能实验教学中的应用效果。方法:选取2014级临床医学专业60名学生作为研究对象。随机分为对照组(30人)和观察组(30人),对照组接受传统方式授课,观察组接受翻转课堂结合精准医学思想教学法授课。课程结束后,通过成绩分析和问卷调查进行教学效果评价。结果:观察组的成绩(85.20±4.13)分高于对照组(78.46±3.89)分(t=7.072,P=0.000)。学生对翻转课堂结合精准医学思想教学法效果的评价较好。结论:翻转课堂结合精准医学思想教学法在机能实验教学中的应用提高了学生的学习兴趣,培养了学生的创新思维,激发了学生的科研兴趣,有效提升了机能实验的教学效果。Objective:To investigate the application of flipped classroom combined with precision medical thought teaching mode in clinical medicine teaching of the functional experiment.Methods:60 students of Grade 2014 who majored in clinical medicine were chosen and randomly divided into the control group(30 students)and the observation group(30 students).The control group received the traditional teaching mode while the observation group received the flipped classroom combined with precision medical thought teaching mode,with the teaching effect evaluated by score analysis and questionnaires at the end of the course.Results:The scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(t=7.072,P=0.000).The questionnaire results revealed that the flipped classroom combined with precision medical thought teaching mode was obviously better than the traditional teaching model.Conclusion:The application of flipped classroom combined with precision medical thought teaching mode can inspire the students'interest in learning,cultivate students'innovative spirit and improve the teaching effect of the functional experiment significantly.
