摘　　要：首先指出学生档案具有初始性和重要性、质量形成复杂性、质量感知滞后性的特点,在学生档案管理中移植与运用全面质量管理理论(TQM)对提高学生档案管理水平、保障学生重大利益、实现人事档案社会价值具有重要意义,接下来从五个方面探讨了如何在学生档案管理中应用TQM,即以人为本,全员参与;明确目标,建章立制;细化目标,明确责任;统一平台,共享信息;与时俱进,持续改进。The characteristics of student archives are introduced first such as originality,necessity,complexity in quality forming process and hysteresis in quality perception.The application of TQMtheory in student archives management is of great significance in improving their management,guaranteeing better protection of students'interests and achieving better realization of their social value.Then this article discusses how to apply TQMtheory in student archives management from five aspects:first,people-first and total involvement principle should be held;second,strengthened supervision and strict system are needed to achieve a clear set of goals;third,objectives should be refined and responsibilities need to be made clear;fourth,a platform must be constructed to share information;fifth,student archives management should keep pace with times and focus on continuous improvement.
