高校档案机构从室升馆后亟待解决的几个问题

摘　　要：近年设置的高校档案馆存在诸多亟待解决的问题。主要有行政管理职能不强,没能实现档案资源的整合利用,非档案专业背景的档案馆长居多,人员结构不合理,专业化程度不高等问题。解决这些问题需要变革目前档案馆的机构设置,树立"大档案"的管理理念,提高档案馆领导的任用标准,优化人员结构,进一步提高档案干部的专业素质。There are many problems to be solved in the college archives upgraded in recent years,such as weak administrative function,failure of integration and utilization of archives resources,heads of archives departments without professional background,unreasonable personnel structure,and low professional degree.To solve these problems,the current archives institution setting needs to be changed,management concept of“big archives”needs to be established,leadership employing standards needs to be raised,personnel structure needs to be optimized,and professional quality of archives leaders needs to be improved.
