摘　　要：建设硕士专业学位对于转型发展中的地方院校意义重大,是优化高等教育结构的必然要求,是地方院校转型发展的现实抉择,也契合地方院校服务区域经济的宗旨。在建设硕士专业学位的过程中出现一系列问题,如专业建设未能凸显"地域性"服务功能,人才培养模式的特色不突出,导师队伍的科研水平较弱和行政化色彩过重等。基于此,应加快制定和实施相关政策,以提升地方院校硕士专业学位的建设水平。The construction of Professional Master Degree is of great significance to the local colleges,which is necessary to optimize the structure of education.This is realistic choice for the local colleges,as well as fitting the purpose of regional economy of local institutions.There are a series of problems in the process of constructing Professional Master Degree.For example,specialty construction fails to highlight the“regional”service function,the characteristic of talent training mode is not outstanding,as well as the research level of the tutor team is weak and the administrative color is excessive.Therefore,we should speed up the formulation and implementation of relevant policies to improve the level of master’s degree in local colleges and universities.
