摘 要:1937年出版的《南宁社会概况》中的"年节"部分,记录清末到民国中期南宁市的年节民俗,涉及南宁年节习俗的饮食文化,是当前研究南宁乃至广西文化史的重要资料。南宁百姓已将诸多年节文化发展为美食文化。The part of“New Year and Festivals”in the“Social Profile of Nanning”published in 1937 transcribes dietary cultures involving in New Year and festivals conventions in Nanning during the period from the Late Qing Dynasty to the medium-term of the Republic of China,and,it is presently significant data to research the cultural history of Nanning and even Guangxi.Although the folk customs and festivals celebrations in Nanning generated fromthe rites and activities for folk believes,they have surpassed the original fields and advanced to such categories ofaestheticappreciation etc.
