基于《矛盾论》思想的新时期高校基层党建工作研究

摘　　要：基于《矛盾论》丰富的唯物辩证法思想,从方法论指导的角度,进一步研究了新时期高校基层党建工作。运用《矛盾论》深刻认识这一工作在高校内涵发展中的基础性地位;深刻认识以改革创新精神推进这一工作的重要意义;妥善处理这一工作中院系党建工作与业务工作,网络党建与传统党建,教工党支部与教学、科研团队,教工党支部书记与学术带头人,大学生党员的党员身份与学生身份等几对关系,以期为新时期高校基层党建工作提供借鉴。Based on the rich ideas of materialist dialectics in the book On Contradiction,we further study the work of party construction at the basic level of colleges and universities in the new period from the methodological point of view.By studying the idea of the book On Contradiction,the basic position of this work in the connotative development of colleges and universities will be deeply understood.The book On Contradiction also allows us to learn more about the importance of promoting this work with the spirit of reform and innovation.Furthermore,it is the the book On Contradiction which makes us understand that we need to deal with several pairs of relations in this work properly.These relationships include colleges and departments′party construction and professional work,network party construction and traditional party construction,teaching staff party branches and teaching or research teams,secretary of teaching staff party branch and academic leader,college student party member′s identity and student identity.The paper aims at providing the party construction at the basic level of colleges and universities in the new period with references.
