阶段性持续健康教育在剖宫产整体护理中的临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的对阶段性持续健康教育在剖宫产整体护理中的临床应用进行分析。方法选取2016年11月~2017年2月收治的剖宫产产妇共计188例,根据双盲分组法分为研究组和对照组,对照组实施常规护理,研究组产妇实施阶段性持续健康教育,对比分析两组产妇焦虑抑郁评分、临床指标、不良反应发生率和护理总满意率。结果研究组产妇的SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组产妇,研究组产妇在母乳喂养时间、首次排气时间、下床活动时间等临床指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组产妇不良反应发生率为8.51%、护理总满意率为96.81%,对照组产妇不良反应发生率为25.53%、护理总满意率为89.36%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阶段性持续健康教育在剖宫产整体护理中的临床应用效果较好,具有极佳的临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical application of continuous health education in holistic nursing care of cesarean section.Methods A total of 188 cases of cesarean section were selected from November 2016 to February 2017.According to the double-blind grouping method,they were divided into study group and contrast group.The contrast group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given stage continuous health education.The scores of anxiety and depression,the clinical indexes,the incidence of adverse reactions and the total satisfaction rate of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of SAS,SDS in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The clinical indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group in the time of breastfeeding,the time of first exhaust,the time of getting out of bed,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction of pregnant women in the study group was 8.51%and the total satisfaction rate of nursing was 96.81%.The incidence of adverse reactions in comparison group was 25.53%and the total satisfaction rate of nursing was 89.36%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of stage continuous health education in the holistic nursing care of cesarean section is good and has excellent clinical application value.
