摘  要:目的建立测定川芎促血管舒张有效部位中阿魏酸含量的高效液相色谱法。方法测定川芎促血管舒张有效部位(大孔树脂60%Et OH洗脱组分)中阿魏酸的含量。色谱柱为Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为冰乙酸(浓度为0.099 5%)-甲醇(65∶35),流速为1 m L/min,检测波长为322 nm,柱温为20℃,进样量为10μL。结果川芎促血管舒张有效部位(大孔树脂60%Et OH洗脱组分)中阿魏酸的含量为2.97%(n=3),阿魏酸进样量在1.26~6.30μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为101.37%,RSD为1.33%(n=5)。结论该方法简单、灵敏、准确,可用于阿魏酸的质量控制。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of ferulic acid for the active part induced vasodilation from Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.Methods The content of ferulic acid for the active part induced vasodilation(the component was extracted by macroporous resin 60%EtOH elution)from Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort were determined,the column was Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 column(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),the mobile phase was glacial acetic acid(concentration was 0.099 5%)-methanol(65∶35),the flow rate was 1 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 322 nm,the column temperature was 20℃,and the sample size was 10μL.Results The content of ferulic acid for the active part induced vasodilation(the component was extracted by macroporous resin 60%E-tOH elution)from Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort was 2.97%(n=3).The linearity range of ferulic acid was from 1.26 to 6.30μg.The average recovery of ferulic acid was 101.37%,and the RSD was 1.33%(n=5).Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive and accurate,which can be used for the quality control of ferulic acid.
