摘  要:为适应社会对高素质技能型人才的需求,高职教育肩负重任。其中双师型教师的整体素质能力是保证高职教育优质发展的关键。通过现场访谈法和问卷调查法对省内省属高等职业院校双师型教师的胜任力因素进行评判,同时研究其合理性,最终构建双师型教师通用胜任力模型,为辽宁省高等职业院校培养合格的双师型教师提供考核依据。To meet the needs of society for high-quality skilled talents,higher vocational education shoulders the important task.The overall quality and ability of"double-qualified"teachers is the key to ensuring the quality development of higher vocational education.By the methods of on-the-spot interview and questionnaire survey,it judges the competency characteristics of"double-qualified"teachers in higher vocational colleges in Liaoning province and studies its rationality.Finally,the general competency model of"double-qualified"teachers is constructed to provide assessment reference for training qualified"double-qualified"teachers in higher vocational colleges in Liaoning province.
