摘　　要：大学生党员是党和国家的"储备干部",对其进行行政伦理教育有助于帮助他们树立正确的人生观和价值观,更好地担负使命。儒家为政观是中国传统文化的精髓,对于大学生行政伦理的培育具有重要的借鉴意义。以儒家为政观为内容的大学生党员行政伦理培养,需要发挥高校与学生党员的协同作用,构建综合培养体系,以期达到满意的效果。University student Party members are the"reserve cadres"of the Party in our country,and the administrative ethics education will help them establish correct outlooks of life and values,so as to better bear their mission.Confucianism view is the essence of Chinese traditional culture,which is of great significance for the cultivation of college students'administrative ethics.It is necessary to make full play of the synergistic effect between the university and the student Party members to construct a comprehensive training system with Confucianism view as the contents in order to achieve satisfactory results.
