摘  要:强调系统性和功能性的功能主义为我们研究育人体系内的协调互动提供了新思路。专业学习和社会实践的协调互动有利于各自效能的提升及育人功能的精进。然而,由于惯性力量和高校学生群体异质性的客观存在,专业学习和社会实践在互动方面存在着衔接不到位、协调不充分、职责不明确等症结。皖北某高校在全面育人思想的指导下,通过完善制度、强化协调、优化路径,保障专业学习与社会实践的进化、优化与迁化。Functionalism which emphasizes the system and function provides a new thinking for us to research the coordination and interaction within the cultivation system.The coordination and interaction between professional learning and social practice is conducive to their effectiveness and educating function.However,due to the conventional forces and the heterogeneity of the college students,there are some problems in the interaction between professional learning and social practice such as the lack of communication,inadequate coordination and unclear responsibility.Guided by the comprehensive education thought,a university in northern Anhui takes some measures to guarantee the interaction between professional learning and social practice through perfecting system,strengthening coordination and optimizing path.
