全面从严治党下省属高校院(系)级党组织书记抓基层党建工作的思考——基于皖南医学院基层党组织建设的实践

摘　　要：为了推动全面从严治党向基层延伸,夯实学校基层党组织基础,近年来,安徽省委决定在安徽省属高校开展院(系)级党组织书记抓基层党建述职评议考核工作。本文结合2016年皖南医学院口腔医学院党总支书记抓基层党组织建设工作的实践,查找基层党组织在理论学习不深、重业务轻党建、党员日常管理宽松软等方面主要问题,探寻如何进一步提升学习效果、规范日常管理、严格党员发展、加强业务培训、宣传先进典型等方面的工作思路和举措。In recent years,in order to promote the idea of administering the Party comprehensively and strictly to grass-roots units and lay foundation for grass-roots Party organizations of universities,Anhui Provincial Committee decides to develop the reporting and appraising work among secretaries of grass-roots Party organizations.This article,combining with the practice of grass-roots Party building work by the secretary of College of Stomatology of Wannan Medical College in 2016,seeks for the main problems in all aspects,such as the lack of theoretical study,paying no attention to Party construction and the loose daily management of Party members,hoping to find out working ideas and measures on how to improve learning effect,norm daily management,strengthen Party members development,improve professional training and propagate advanced models.
