超细CaCO_3对PE可环境消纳性能的影响

摘  要:使用粒径小于15μm的超细CaCO_3填充物、铝酸酯偶联剂、热氧降解剂、活性剂等制成可环境消纳的聚乙烯(PE),通过多种方法测试超细CaCO_3对PE可环境消纳能力的影响。结果表明:当w(CaCO_3)为30%时,PE的生物降解性为3级,提高了分解性能;当w(CaCO_3)大于30%时,促进了PE的可焚烧性,可加快PE的燃烧速度、减少焚烧中产生的有害气体以及减少焚烧后污染物的数量。The environment degradable polyethylene(PE)was prepared by super-fine calcium carbonate filling material with partical size of 15μm,ester aluminate coupling agent,active agent and thermo-oxidative degradation agent.The effect of super-fine calcium carbonate on environment degradable capability was tested by many kinds of methods.The results show that the grade of PE biodegradability is 3 when w(CaCO3)is 30%,and it improves PE degradability.Combustion characteristics of PE is increased,combustion velocity is accelerated and quantity of pollutant is decreased after burning when w(CaCO3)is more than 30%.
