摘  要:[目的/意义]社会化问答社区作为网络知识交互平台,其持续发展的关键在于促进用户知识共享,提升共享知识质量。[方法/过程]通过社区知识"质"与"量"的细分,将社区用户主动或被动参与社区知识共享获得的知识收益区分为"质"的收益与"量"的收益,并构建社会化问答社区用户知识共享的演化博弈模型,探讨不同博弈假设下问答社区知识共享的均衡状态。[结果/结论]通过仿真显示,社会化问答社区共享知识质量与用户共享行为策略会受到用户共享意愿与能力、用户认可与社区激励、感知共享成本等因素的影响。[Purpose/Significance]As a knowledge interaction platforms of network users,promoting the knowledge sharing level of users and enhance the quality of sharing knowledge of social Q&A communities are related to the continuous development of communities.[Method/Process]The value or level of social Q&A community knowledge could be subdivided into the quality and quantity of knowledge,so the community usersknowledge gains could also be divided into qualitative gains and quantitative gains when they participate in community knowledge sharing actively or passively,then the evolutionary game model of social Q&A community knowledge sharing was constructed based on the definition of community userssharing behaviors and knowledge revenues,and three kinds of knowledge sharing equilibrium states in social Q&A community were analyzed under the different assumptions of evolutionary game.[Result/Conclusion]The different states of the knowledge quality and quantity of social Q&A communities and the knowledge sharing strategies of community users were affected by the game model parameters such as userssharing willingness and ability,user acceptances and community incentive,perceived cost of knowledge sharing through the simulation.
