摘　　要：目的了解应用RICE对提高全科医生接诊能力及进行慢性病管理的作用。方法选择2016年6—12月在济南医院全科医学科进行管理的慢性病患者204例,共来就诊2 820人次。根据接诊全科医生是否参与医患沟通培训,重点学习了RICE的应用分为培训组和未培训组。观察并比较两组接诊全科医生对患者就诊需求了解情况、患者体格检查配合度、药品费用、患者满意度。结果培训组主诉有新发症状率、配合完成体格检查率、患者满意度高于未培训组(P<0.05)。结论学习并运用RICE可以提高全科医生接诊能力,更好的进行慢性病管理。Objective To know the role of the application of RICE in improving general practitioners'reception ability and management of chronic disease.Methods A total of 204 patients with chronic diseases managed in the General medical Department of Ji'nan Hospital from June to December 2016 were selected,a total of 2 820 person-time.General practitioners aredivided into training group and untrained group according to whether involved in the communication training,key learning the application of RICE.The two groups were observed and compared with the general practitioner's understanding of the needs of the patients,the coordination degree of the physical examination,the drug cost and the patient satisfaction.Results The training group was higher than untrained group by rate of new symptoms,combined physical examination rate,and patient satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion Study and application of RICE can improve general practitioners'reception ability,and improve the management of chronic diseases.
