摘 要:目的探讨品管圈活动对低年资护士的管理效果及其对低年资护士核心能力的影响。方法选取2016年1—12月在天门市第一人民医院科室工作的20名低年资护士为研究对象。通过成立品管圈、选定活动主题、现状调查、分析原因、制定措施、设定目标等加强对低年资护士的管理。分析品管圈活动后护士核心能力、工作满意度以及自我评价变化。结果活动后护士评判性思维、科研评分,临床护理评分,领导能力评分,人际关系评分,法律/伦理实践评分,专业发展评分,教育、咨询评分高于活动前(P<0.05)。品管圈活动后,护士内在、外在工作满意度评分均高于活动前,活动的运用、专业知识、法律知识、责任心、团队精神、沟通协调评分高于活动前(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动有效提升了低年资护士的核心能力,提高了护士的自我评价,增强了团队凝聚力,改善了工作满意度。Objective To investigate the application effect of quality control circ(QCC)in junior nurses,and explore the effective of QCC for competency inventory of junior nurses.Methods A total of 20 junior nurses were selected from January to December 2016 in the First People's Hospital of Tianmen,through the QCC,the selected theme activities,investigation,analysis of the reasons,developing measures,setting goals for strengthening the management of low seniority nurses.The change of core ability,satisfaction and QCC nurses self evaluation were analyzed after the activities.Results After QCC activities,Nurses'critical thinking,research score,clinical nursing score,leadership score,interpersonal relationship score,legal/ethical practice score,professional development score,education and counseling score were higher than those before activity(P<0.05).Nurses'internal and external job satisfaction scores were higher than those before activities,the scores of activities,professional knowledge,legal knowledge,responsibility,teamwork spirit and communication and coordination were higher than those before activities(P<0.05).Conclusion The QCC is effective in improving the core competence of junior nurses,enhance team cohesion,improve job satisfaction.
