中西医结合治疗新生儿高胆红素血症效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析针对新生儿高胆红素血症中药联合西药诊疗时的临床效果。方法选取四川省凉山彝族自治州妇幼保健计划生育服务中心2012年12月—2016年12月就诊的276例患有高胆红素血症的新生儿,随机分为两组,各138例。对照组采用常规西药疗法治疗,治疗组采用中西药物联合治疗。监测并记录胆红素水平、肝功能指标[谷草转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)]及临床疗效。结果予以两种方案后,治疗后的第3天,治疗组患者的胆红素水平有所下降;治疗后的第7天,治疗组患者的胆红素水平下降明显;治疗组患者的肝功能指标AST、ALP、ALT、GGT等均有显著下降,和对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的总有效率(94.20%,130/138)明显优于对照组(84.78%,117/138),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对新生儿高胆红素血症,中西药物联合治疗的效果良好,可显著改善患儿的肝功能,降低胆红素的水平,临床可积极应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia,traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine treatment.Methods 276 cases of newborn hyperbilirubinemia in Sichuan liangshan yi autonomous prefecture maternal and child health care family planning service center from December 2012 to December 2016 were randomly divided into two groups,138 cases in each group.Treatment group received conventional therapy.Treatment group was given Chinese and Western Medicine.The level of bilirubin,liver function index(AST,ALP,ALT,GGT)and the clinical efficacy were monitored and recorded.Results Serum bilirubin level of patients decreased in treatment group of two schemes,third days after treatment.The bilirubinic testosterone levels in treatment group decreased significantly seventh days after treatment.The index of liver function(AST,ALP,ALT,GGT)in treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.05).The total efficiency in treatment group(94.20%,130/138)was significantly better than 84.78%(117/138)in control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined treatment of Chinese and Western medicine has a good effect for neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.It can significantly improve children's liver function,reduce the level of bilirubin and the clinical application can be positive.
