摘　　要：目的探讨构建健康教育体系对低级别胶质瘤复发再次术后预后的影响。方法选取2007—2016年在哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院就诊的96例脑胶质瘤患者为研究对象,将其随机分成试验组(48例)和对照组(49例)。试验组患者采用全程健康教育体系进行护理,对照组患者采用传统的护理方式,比较两组患者术后运动情况、生活活动情况及满意度等。结果对两组患者护理前后运动功能比较结果显示,试验组护理后运动功能显著高于同期对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对两组患者护理前后ADL能力比较结果显示,试验组护理后ADL能力显著高于同期对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对两组患者护理前后语言能力恢复情况比较结果显示,试验组护理后语言能力显著高于同期对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对两组患者治疗后满意度比较结果显示,试验组患者满意度显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论构建全程健康教育体系可以有效地提升低级别胶质瘤复发再次手术的预后情况,临床值得推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of health education system on the prognosis of low-grade glioma recurrence.Methods 96 cases of glioma treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from 2007 to 2016 were selected and divided into experiment group(48 cases)and control group(49 cases).Experiment group was treated with the whole health education system.Control group was given traditional nursing methods.The movement,living activities and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The motor function in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The ADL ability in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The comparison of language proficiency before and after nursing between two groups showed that the language ability in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole health education system can improve the prognosis,the quality of low-grade gliosis effectively and the quality of life of the patients in experimental group.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
