摘　　要：以红色资源教育党员干部是中国共产党的优良传统。党的骨干是推进党的事业发展的中坚力量。新时期加大党的骨干队伍红色资源教育面临新情况、新问题,坚持教学内容和教学方式继承和创新,走出党性教育新路,是保证党的骨干队伍传承红色基因、保证红色江山代代相传的根本。Teaching party member cadres by red resources is a good tradition of the CPC.The backbone cadres of the Party are the nucleus for boosting the cause of the Party.At the new period,the red resource education for backbone cadres faces a new situation and new problems.Upholding the succession and innovation in the contents and methods of teaching and exploring a new road of party spirit education is the foundation for making sure that the backbone team will pass on the red gene and the red regime handed down from generation to generation.
