摘　　要：剥皮机是高精度棒线材加工线、银亮钢生产线上的核心设备,国内目前尚无进口设备同等水平的替代产品。中国重型机械研究院股份公司自主攻关,对多料连续自动生产工艺控制、检测与补偿闭环控制系统及多点自适应夹持系统等关键技术进行深入研究,开发出BPM250全自动、精密长圆材剥皮机,该机经过了多种材料的负荷试车并实际应用,其成品加工精度达到IT9级,成品表面光洁度高于Ra3.2,使用效果达到了进口设备的同等水平。Peeling machine is one of core equipment for high precision wire processing line and silver bright steel production line.At present,there is no equivalent substitute of imported equipment be made in China.Chinese Heavy Machinery Research Institute Co.,Ltd.researches such as key technologies the material continuous automatic production process control,the closed loop control system for detection and compensation,and the multi point adaptive clamping system,BPM250 high-precision automatic peeling machine is developed.Through various materials loading test and application,the machine achieve the same level of imported equipment,the product machining precision is IT9,and the surface finish is better than Ra3.2.
