脂质代谢异常与阿尔茨海默病的关系研究

摘　　要：目的探讨胆固醇、甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白及高密度脂蛋白在正常人群与在阿尔茨海默病人群中的水平差异,从而明确血脂异常是否与阿尔茨海默病的发病有关。方法收集近1年来因记忆力下降来就诊的门诊及住院患者,其中符合阿尔茨海默病诊断标准者25例,选择同期相同年龄段来我院健康体检者33例为对照组,对他们进行血脂化验,采用t检验分析两组人群血脂水平差异。结果阿尔茨海默病组只有甘油三酯水平高于正常人群组,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),而胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白在两组人群中的水平无明显差异。结论本研究没有发现胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白水平与阿尔茨海默病有明显关系,反而发现甘油三脂水平升高与阿尔茨海默病有关。Objective:To explore the difference of cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein and high-density lipoprotein between the normal people group and the Alzheimer's disease group,so as to know whether dyslipidemia is related to the onset of Alzheimer's disease.Methods:Collected outpatients and hospitalized patients who had visited hospital for a decline in memory for nearly one year,including 25 patients who matched the diagnostic criteria of Alzheimer's disease.33 normal people were selected as the control group at the same age period who came to hospital for healthy physical examination.They were all carried out the test of blood lipid.T test was used to analyze the difference of blood lipid level between the two groups.Results:Only the level of triglyceride in the Alzheimer's disease group was higher than that in the normal people group,the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant difference in the level of cholesterol,low density lipoprotein and high density lipoprotein between the two groups.Conclusion:In our study,we did not find the level of cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein and low density lipoprotein was significantly related to Alzheimer's disease.Instead,it was found that the increase of triglyceride is related to Alzheimer's disease.
