政府创新支持与企业自主创新关系的研究述评

摘　　要：技术创新是经济增长的重要动力,中国经济经过几十年的资源拉动式高速增长,现如今需要尽快转变经济增长方式,依靠创新驱动式发展才能维持持久的经济发展。政府在创新活动中应该起到什么样的作用一直是学术界研究的热点,目前学术界已存在众多关于政府创新支持的经典文献,包含政府R&D资金支持及有利于创新的制度建设。通过对前人研究成果的评述,以期就本领域的未来发展为研究者提供参考。Technological innovation is an important driving force for economic growth.After decades of resource-driven rapid growth,China now needs to transform its economic growth mode as soon as possible and rely on innovation-driven development in order to maintain lasting economic development.What kind of role the government should play in the innovation activities has been a hotspot in academic research.This paper reviews the domestic and foreign literature on government innovation support,including government R&D funding and innovation-friendly system construction,and made a review of previous research results,as well as some suggestions for the future development of the field for the researchers.
