摘　　要：新疆南疆基层社会治理面临诸多问题,社会管理创新是内在需求。法治是社会管理创新中的必然选择,在法律制度、法治体制相对健全的情况下,有宗教信仰的少数民族地区民众对法治的认同决定着法治的进一步推行,这有赖于法治文化建设。从社会管理创新的视角,解析南疆基层法治文化建设的重要意义、存在的问题以及解决的途径。There are many problems on the grass-roots social management in Southern of xinjiang,The social management innovation is internal demand.The rule of law is the inevitable choice of social management innovation.Under the condition of relatively sound legal system and rule of law system,Further promote the rule of law in religious minority areas depends on the crowd’s identification of the rule of law,It depends on the construction of the rule of law culture.this paper analysis the Important significance,problems and solutions of the construction of the Law culture of the grass-roots society in southern of Xinjiang under the background of the social management innovation.
