胃炎胶囊对于慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察胃炎胶囊对于慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者的治疗效果。方法 194例慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者,随机分为观察组(98例)和对照组(96例)。观察组采用胃炎胶囊治疗,对照组采用胃炎宁颗粒治疗,治疗时间为8周。观察比较两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后的临床症状及实验室检查积分。结果观察组患者的总有效率88.8%显著高于对照组的70.8%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的临床症状及实验室检查积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的临床症状及实验室检查积分均优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃炎胶囊对于慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者的治疗效果突出,值得推广使用。Objective To observe the treatment effect of gastritis capsule on patients with chronic nonatrophic gastritis.Methods A total of 194 patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into observation group(98 cases)and control group(96 cases).The observation group was treated with gastritis capsule,and the control group was treated with Weiyanning granule.The treatment time was 8 weeks.Observation and comparison were made on clinical efficacy and clinical symptoms and laboratory examination scores before and after treatment between the two groups.Results The observation group had obviously higher total effective rate as 88.8%than 70.8%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,both groups had no statistically significant difference in clinical symptoms and laboratory examination scores(P>0.05).After treatment,both groups had better clinical symptoms and laboratory examination scores than before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Gastritis capsule shows remarkable treatment effect on patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis,and it is worthy of promotion and application.
