摘 要:目的了解医学硕士研究生对临床流行病学的认知及教学需求,为进一步完善临床流行病学课程的教学提供依据。方法以我校2017级选修临床流行病学的119位医学硕士研究生为调查对象,利用问卷星平台进行横断面调查。结果 82.4%的研究生认为该课程重要,93.3%的研究生认为有必要开设临床流行病学课程,但有不少研究生认为该课程难度较大,兴趣一般;通过Topsis法分析,教学内容综合排序第一位是Meta分析;约一半研究生希望该课程进行双语教学,超过60%的研究生对授课教师要求为副教授及以上、博士学位;96.63%的研究生希望以开卷的方式进行考核;64.7%学生认为学习该课程最大的收获为实用方法的获取,课程安排为学位课的研究生比非学位课的研究生认为该课程对于提高研究生创新能力更有意义(Z=-3.380,P=0.001),并更愿意推荐其他同学(Z=-2.68,P=0.007)。结论教学中应提高学生兴趣,有针对性备课,重视双语教学,进一步完善课程及师资队伍配置,提高临床流行病学的教学质量。Objective This study aims to understand medical postgraduates’cognition and teaching requirements for clinical epidemiology and improve the teaching quality of the course.Methods Questionnaires were carried out for 119 full day medical postgraduates who take clinical epidemiology as an elective course by using WJX.Results 82.4%of postgraduates think that clinical epidemiology is very important,93.3%of postgraduates believe that it is necessary,however,there are a lot of students think that the course is difficult.The highest ranking of comprehensive score for the teaching content is Meta analysis by Topsis method.Half of the students required bilingual teaching and more than 60%of the students hope that the teacher has doctor degree and is vice professor or professor.96.63%of students want open-book exam to assess the course and 64.7%of students think that they gain practical method.The postgraduates arranged for Degree course cultivate innovation capability more than the non-degree course students(Z=-3.380,P=0.001),and are willing to recommend other classmates(Z=-2.68,P=0.007).Conclusions Increasing the students’interest,preparing lessons with pertinence,paying more attention to the bilingual education,and further improving the curriculum and the allocation of teaching staff can greatly improve the quality of teaching in the course of clinical epidemiology.
