摘 要:探讨医学生主导的临床技能竞赛的效果及对自身能力的影响。举办"医学生主导"的临床技能竞赛,通过调查参与的393位师生,使用多元化综合评价指标体系进行评估。超过92.5%参赛者对竞赛满意度较高,88.1%表示竞赛公平;92.0%以上参赛者及志愿者均认为很必要举办竞赛;88.9%评委老师通过竞赛发现教/学盲点;100%竞赛组织者增强了自信心。参赛者及志愿者对自身能力影响认同度最高的是"检验学习",在"应变能力""沟通交流能力"方面志愿者认同度高于参赛者,且差异有统计学意义。竞赛受益多方,对参与人群个性化安排,对自身能力有一定积极影响,使用的多元化综合评价指标体系科学客观。To discuss the effect of clinical skills competition dominated by medical students and its influence on their self-ability.The clinical skills competition dominated by medical students was held.393 teachers and students participated were survey and evaluated with the comprehensive evaluation index system.More than 92.5%participants were satisfied with the competition,and 88.1%indicated that the competition was fair;more than 92%participants and volunteers considered it necessary to hold the competition;88.9%judges found their blind spots of teaching and learning through the competition;100%competition organizers enhanced their self-confidence.Participants and volunteers had the highest degree of identification of their self-ability of test learning.The volunteers’identity was higher than the participants about the strain ability and communication ability,and the difference were statistically significant.The competition was beneficial to many persons,and had individual arrangement of the participants,and had a positive impact on their self-ability.The comprehensive evaluation index system was scientific and objective.
