摘　　要：文中从管理层面角度分析,构建畜肉食品供应链封闭运作模式,从而为食品安全追溯系统的实施和运营提供组织架构基础。该模式集被动封闭和主动封闭于一体,被动封闭运作模式在政府强制下形成"节点封闭圈",塑造畜肉食品供应链良好的市场环境,主动封闭运作模式在核心企业主导下形成"网链封闭圈",构建供应链对畜肉食品安全问题的主动防御机制。This paper constructs the closed operation mode of the livestock meat supply chain from the management level,and provides the organizational structure foundation for the operation of food safety traceability system.The model is composed of passive closed operation mode and active closed operation mode.Passive closed operation mode leaded by government formed“closed circle on every node enterprise”,shaping good market environment for livestock meat food supply chain,active closed operation model leaded by core enterprise realized“network closed circle”,forming a active defence mechanism for livestock meat safety and security problems on supply chain.
