口轮匝肌脱套重建在唇裂术后唇畸形矫正中的应用

摘　　要：目的探索一种以肌肉重建为中心的矫正唇裂术后唇畸形的手术方法。方法充分完整地脱套出口轮匝肌,后重建口轮匝肌环,再造出上唇的肌性标志,在此基础上同矫正唇裂术后各种的唇畸形。结果我院以该方法进行了41例手术,近期效果满意,最长随访3年满意。结论口轮匝肌的解剖标志重建,对唇裂术后唇畸形矫正是至关重要的。Objective To explore a surgical method to correct lip deformity after cleft lip with muscle reconstruction.Methods To fully and completely deglove the orbicularis muscle,then reconstruct the orbicularis muscle ring,and reconstruct the muscular marker of the upper lip,and then,on the basis of this,all kinds of lip deformities were corrected after the operation of the cleft lip.Results The method was performed in 41 cases with satisfactory results,and the longest follow-up was satisfactory for 3 years.Conclusion Tthe reconstruction of orbicularis muscle is essential for correction of lip deformities after cleft lip.
