摘　　要：为了促进"一带一路"战略下民族地区的文化、经济、教育快速发展,针对蒙古族大学生的信息素质需求,提出长远规划信息素质培养目标创新、拓展师资队伍、优化信息素质课程、加强信息软环境建设、利用就业信息平台和加强双语教学、双语信息资源建设等创新策略。In order to enhance the cultural,economical and educational development of minority areas under the“Belt and Road Initiative”,this paper,taking the requirements of Mongolian college student information literacy into consideration,presents a long-term planning for information literacy training target innovation.It is proposed that teaching staff should be extended,information literacy curriculum be optimized,the construction of soft environment information be strengthened,employment information platforms be utilized and bilingual teaching and bilingual information resources be constructed.
