摘 要:针对现代制造业对回转类刀具的大量需求,介绍了直角立铣刀四道主要工序整体开槽、外圆精磨、端面齿隙磨削、前端面精磨的工艺分析与加工轨迹建模。结合五轴数控磨床的结构,以加工轨迹的建模为基础,基于Visual C++6.0开发了数控工具磨床操作软件,并应用VC++和MATLAB联合编程的方法,将刀位数据进行了后置处理,获得G代码。最后,结合在VERICUT中建立的五轴工具磨床仿真环境进行虚拟加工验证自动编程生成的NC程序,为实际生产加工直角立铣刀提供了依据。In view of the modern manufacturing with a high demand for rotary cutting tool,introduces process analysis and machining trajectory modeling of right-angle end mill with four main processes,which are grinding whole slot,cylindrical fine grinding,front face fine grinding,tooth space of the facet grinding.Based on the machining trajectory modeling calculation and the structure of five-axis CNC tool grinder,C++6.0 Visual based on the development of CNC tool grinding machine operating software,and the method of combined programming of VC++and MATLAB,the cutter location data is processed by post processing,obtaining G code.Finally,combined with five-axis tool grinding machine simulation environment built in VERICUT for virtual machining verification,simulate to verify NC program generated from automatically programming,to provide the basis for right-angle end mill practical production.
