摘  要:针对电容器熔胶机存在加热不均匀、加热精度低、胶易炭化等问题,设计了基于PLC和增量式PID的电容器熔胶机温度控制系统,主要由FX2N系列PLC、温控模块FX2N-2LC、温控电路、人机界面、加热器、热电偶等组成;详细阐述了系统的硬件组成、软件流程及PID控制算法的实现。对温控系统进行了仿真及实验分析,仿真结果显示温控精度高,具有良好的自适应性和鲁棒性;实验测得系统能在15min内自动达到设定的目标温度值,且测量误差保持在(±1)℃以内。仿真及实验结果表明:该系统人机交互良好、性能稳定、温控精度高,有效实现了熔胶机温度的自动控制,具有良好的实际应用价值。For capacitor melt glue machine existing the problems such as uneven heating,heating low precision,gum easy carbonization,the temperature control system of capacitor melt glue machine based on PLC and incremental PID was designed,including FX 2N series PLC,temperature control module FX 2N-2LC,temperature control circuit,man-machine interface,heater,thermocouple,and so on;the hardware composition,software flow and the realization of PID control algorithm were described in detail.Simulation and experimental analysis of the control systemwere carried out,simulation results showed that the temperature control systemhas high precision,good adaptability and robustness;and the system can automatically reach the set temperature value within 15m in by experiment,and the measurement error remained within(±1)℃.Simulation and experiment results show that:the system has good human-computer interaction,stable performance,high precision of temperature control,and realizes the automatic temperature control for melt glue machine effectively,which has good practical value.
