摘　　要：以北京农业职业学院图书馆为例,深入分析高职院校图书馆用户信息获取行为特点及模式。强调以用户为中心,以用户体验为导向,以先进的数字化信息技术和服务手段有针对性地提供个性化、定制化服务,切实增加文献信息获取的便利性,改善用户感受,更好地实现高职院校图书馆服务读者文献信息的需求。Taking the library of Beijing Agricultural Vocational College as an example, the characteristics and patterns of information acquisition behavior of library users in higher vocational colleges were analyzed in this paper. Emphasis on user-centric and user-oriented, with advanced digital information technology and service means targeted to provide personalized, customized services, and effectively increase the convenience of access to information, improve the user experience, effective into the user's information activities in the activities to better achieve the purpose of higher vocational college library services to readers of the literature information needs.
