摘　　要：顶岗实习是高职教育不可缺少的环节,对强化学生的知识运用能力和实践技能、提高专业人才培养质量具有重要的意义。由于城市轨道交通运营管理专业受行业独特性所限,学生在实习中由于实习条件的缺失导致实习效果受到影响。文中分析该专业顶岗实习中存在的问题,提出本专业的顶岗实习条件。Internship is an indispensable section in higher vocational education,which is of great significance to strengthen the students'ability of applying knowledge and practice,and improving the quality of cultivating professionals.As limited by the industry of the program and the lack of internship conditions,the internship effect will be affected.This paper analyzes the problems in the practice of internship and puts forward the internships conditions for the Operation Management of Urban Rail Transit program.
