摘 要:以典型的多层搁架冷藏陈列柜为研究对象,在室内温度为25℃且相对湿度为60%的条件下,针对搁架长度和送风速度对冷藏陈列柜风幕效率的影响进行数值模拟,并进行试验验证。结果表明:在送风速度一定的条件下,搁架长度对冷藏陈列柜放置的周围环境温度影响较大,对周围空间区域的气流组织影响很小,φ=4°时冷藏陈列柜风幕能够更好地阻挡外部热空气的入侵;当进口风速为2 m/s且φ=4°时,风幕效率值最小。Taking a typical multi-storey shelf refrigerator display cabinet as the object of study,the influence of shelf’s length and air supply speed on the efficiency of air curtain in refrigerated display cabinet is numerically simulated under the indoor temperature of 25°C and relative humidity of 60%,and the experimental verification is conducted.show that the shelf’s length has a great influence on the ambient temperature of the refrigerated display cabinet,but has little influence on the air distribution in the space area under the condition that the air supply speed is constant,and the air curtain of the refrigerated display cabinet with a shelf angle of 4°can better prevent the invasion of the outside hot air.The value of air curtain efficiency is minimum when the inlet wind speed is 2 m/s and the shelf angle is 4°
