摘 要:心理测验主要是通过智力测评、个性测评、职业兴趣测评等科学、客观的方法对人特定的素质进行测量、分析、评价。心理测验分为认知测验和能力测验。能力测验又细分为一般能力测验和其他能力测验。职业兴趣测试是其他能力测验的重要组成部分。MBTI测评工具又是国际使用最为广泛的职业兴趣测试工具之一。以某班新生MBTI职业兴趣测评结果为基础数据,对某班新生综合素质进行了基础性的评估,并通过评估结果,为某班新生提供指导性的职业规划建议。Psychological assessments mainly use some ways to measure,analysis and evaluate one's specific quality.Those ways,including intelligence assessments,personality assessments and vocational interests,are properly scientific and objective.In essence,psychological assessments can be divided in two parts:cognitive assessments and competencies assessments.Competencies assessments include general competencies and other competencies tests.Career interests assessments are one of the most imperative parts that composed with other ability tests to other competencies test.In some ways,MBTI tests are also one of the most wildly used tests about career planning in the entire world.We will take 2017 Human Resource Management freshmens MBTI evaluation results as the fundamental data.We based on these data and gave an evaluation about comprehensive qualities of freslimen in Human Resource Management 2017 of Economy a Management Engineering department.Eventually,we would make some instructional careers planning advice to someone who needs them.
