摘 要:目的通过免疫组化检测Parkin在肺鳞状细胞癌中的表达水平,分析其与肺鳞状细胞癌临床病理特征的关系,初步揭示Parkin在肺鳞状细胞癌中的作用。方法收集2016年1月至2017年1月在我院行手术切除并经术后病理确诊为肺鳞状细胞癌组织60例。采用苏木精-伊红染色(HE)和免疫组织化学染色(IHC),检测Parkin蛋白在肺鳞状细胞癌中的表达情况,分析其表达水平与肺鳞状细胞癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移及远处转移的相关性。结果在高、中、低分化的肺鳞状细胞癌的组织切片中Parkin蛋白的染色分数分别为(6.100±1.410)、(2.800±1.642)、(1±1.076);在淋巴结转移阳性组及阴性组中,Parkin蛋白在肺鳞状细胞癌原发灶中的染色分数分别为(1.677±1.701)、(5.103±2.059);在有远处转移组及无远处转移组中,Parkin蛋白在肺鳞状细胞癌原发灶中染色分数分别为(0.462±0.776)、(4.170±2.190),组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.0001)。结论肺鳞状细胞癌的分化程度越低,Parkin蛋白的染色分数越低;淋巴结转移阳性组的Parkin蛋白在原发灶中的染色分数明显低于淋巴结转移阴性组;存在远处转移组的Parkin蛋白在原发灶中的染色分数明显低于无远处转移组。To detect the expressions of Parkin in lung squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC)by using immunohistochemistry and analyze the correlation between Parkin expression and clinicopathological characteristics in order to primarily reveal the role of Parkin in LSCC.We collected 60 cases pathologically confirmed LSCC after surgical resection in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017.The hematoxylin and eosin staining(HE)and immunohistochemical staining(IHC)were conducted to detect the expressions of Parkin in the cancer cells.The associations of degree of cancer cell differentiation,lymph node and distant metastasis with Parkin expression were analyzed.The protein expression scores of Parkin in the high,moderate and poor differentiated cancer cells were(6.10±1.41),(2.80±1.64),and(1.0 0±1.08),respectively.In the lymph node metastatic positive and negative groups,the protein expressions of Parkin in primary sites were(1.68±1.70)and(5.10±2.06),respectively.In the metastatic group and non-metastatic group,the protein expressions of Parkin in primary sites were(0.46±0.78)and(4.17±2.19),respectively.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.0001).The lower differentiation of cancer cells are,the lower protein expression scores are.The protein expressions of Parkin in primary site of cancer in groups of lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis are obviously lower than that in groups of lymph node negative and non-metastasis.
