β-catenin与Survivin在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及其相关性

摘　　要：目的:探讨β-catenin、Survivin在鼻咽癌(NPC)组织中的表达及其相关性。方法:采用免疫组化En Vision法染色对β-catenin、Survivin在94例鼻咽癌和40例正常鼻咽黏膜组织中的表达情况进行检测。结果:β-catenin在鼻咽癌中的异位表达率明显高于常鼻咽黏膜组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Survivin在鼻咽癌中的阳性表达率明显高于正常鼻咽黏膜组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);β-catenin异位表达与Survivin表达呈正相关(r=0.342,P<0.05)。结论:β-catenin、Survivin在鼻咽癌组织中存在异常表达,两者在鼻咽癌的发生发展中起到协同促进作用。Objective To investigate the expression and correlation ofβ-catenin and Survivin in NPC.Method Using the immunohistochemistry EnVision to detect the expression ofβ-catenin protein and Survivinprotein in 94 cases of NPC,40 cases of normal nasopharyngeal tissues.Results Theβ-catenin gene expression rate of NPC group was significantly higher than the normal nasopharyngeal tissues group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The Survivin gene expression rate of NPC group was significantly higher than the normalnasopharyngeal tissues group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Moreover,a positive correlation was shown betweenβ-catenin and Survivin in NPC(r=0.342,P<0.05).Conclusion There are significantly abnormal expression levels ofβ-catenin and Survivin in NPC,they promote the tumorigenesis and development of NPC.
