翼状胬肉大小与术后复发的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨翼状胬肉大小与术后复发的关系。方法选取120例120眼原发性翼状胬肉患者,测量翼状胬肉头部及颈部长度,依据其长度、面积分为小胬肉组32例32眼,大胬肉组88例88眼,行翼状胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术,对比术后角膜上皮修复时间及复发情况。结果小翼状胬肉组角膜上皮修复时间为(2.45±0.2)d,大翼状胬肉为(6.08±0.8)d;术后6~12个月复发率分别为3.1%及10.2%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小翼状胬肉术后角膜上皮修复快,复发率较大翼状胬肉患者术后复发率低。Objective To investigate the relationship between pterygium size and recurrent rate.Methods Totally 120 patients 120 eyes with primary pterygium were included in this study,the length and area of pterygium invading the cornea were measured,and assigned into small pterygium groups were 32 patients 32 eyes,and Big pterygium groups were 88 patients 88 eyes.Both of them were Underwent excision and limbal stem cell transplantation.Epithelial recovering time of corneal wound and recurrent rate were compared.Results The time of epithelial recovering was 2.45 days,and recurrent rate was 3.1%in Small pterygium groups and 6.08 Days and 10.2%in Big pterygium groups.The difference was statistical significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The recovering time and recurrent rate in Small pterygium groups were lower compared with big pterygium groups
