护士心理契约违背与工作嵌入的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的了解临床护士心理契约违背和工作嵌入现状及其相关性。方法应用中文版心理契约违背量表和护士职业嵌入量表对4所综合医院的1 958名临床护士进行调查。结果护士心理契约违背、工作嵌入得分分别为(57.42±6.97)分和(53.92±4.48)分,心理契约违背及其各维度得分与工作嵌入及其各维度得分呈负相关(均P<0.05)。结论临床护士的心理契约违背、工作嵌入均处于中等水平,且护士心理契约违背感知越低,其工作内嵌入水平越高。Objective To understand clinical nurses′psychological contract violation and job embeddedness and their relationship.Methods Totally 1 958 clinical nurses from 4 general hospitals were investigated using Chinese version of the Psychological Contract Violation Scale and Occupational Embeddedness Scale for Nurses.Results The score of psychological contract violation and job embeddedness among nurses was(57.42±6.97)and(53.92±4.48)respectively,and the total score and each dimension score of psychological contract violation were negatively correlated with the total score and each dimension score of job embeddedness(P<0.05 for all).Conclusion Clinical nurses′psychological contract violation and job embeddedness are at moderate level,and the lower the nurses′psychological contract violation is,the higher their job embeddedness is.
