摘　　要：半纤维素是由多种糖基构成的不均一多糖,是植物纤维的主要组分之一,具有可再生、环境友好等特点。本文概述了半纤维素的结构、理化性质,介绍了半纤维素在食品包装材料中的应用及研究进展,并对半纤维素基食品包装材料进行了展望。Hemicellulose,as one of the main components of plant fiber,is a heterogeneous polysaccharide composed of various glycosyl groups,it has the characteristics of renewable and environment-friendly.In this paper,the structure,physical and chemical properties of hemicellulose were summarized,the research progress of hemicellulose based food packaging materials was reviewed,and the prospect of hemicellulose based food packaging materials was prospected.
