摘 要:交联胍胶压裂废液,尤其是初期废液黏度高、稳定性好,对污水处理系统冲击大,致使其水处理回用及达标外排困难。为有效降低压裂废液黏度,考察了胍胶质量分数、交联剂质量分数及类型、助排剂加量等对胍胶压裂废液黏度的影响。研究表明,随着胍胶,交联剂及助排剂质量分数、悬浮物颗粒质量浓度、含油量、pH值的增大,胍胶压裂废液黏度均增大;随着矿化度的增加,悬浮物颗粒尺寸的增大,胍胶压裂废液黏度减少;交联剂浓度相同时,有机锆交联剂交联效果优于有机硼交联剂,其中胍胶与交联剂质量分数变化为主要影响因素。For the crosslinked guanidine gum fracturing waste fluid,especially the waste fluid at the initial stage,its viscosity was high with good stability,which caused a great impact on sewage treatment system,thus it was difficult for water treatment recycling and satisfying the standard for sewage discharging.In order to effectively reduce the viscosity of waste fluid from fracturing,the effects of the mass fraction of guanidine gum,the mass fraction and type of crosslinking agent and the amount of clean-up additive on the viscosity of the fractured waste fluid were investigated.Studies show that with the increase of mass fractions of guanidine gum agent,crosslinking agent and cleanup additive,suspended particles mass concentration,oil content and pH,the viscosity of guanidine gum fracturing waste fluid increases,with the increase of salinity,the size of suspended particle increases,the viscosity of guanidine gum fracturing waste fluid reduces.When the concentration of the crosslinker is the same,the effect organic zirconium crosslinker is better than that of organic boron crosslinking agent,the guanidine gum and the mass fraction of the crosslinking agent are the main influencing factors.
