摘　　要："一带一路"倡议为进一步推进我国高等教育国际化、深化高等教育领域综合改革、提高人才培养质量提供了重大战略机遇。文章在"一带一路"倡议的背景下提出,高校要积极转变人才培养的理念,优化人才培养的顶层设计,推进人才培养国际化,创新留学生培养模式,推进课程建设,这些举措能够促进创新人才培养,为同类院校创新人才培养积累经验。“The Belt and Road Initiative”strategy promote the internationalization of our higher education,deepen the comprehensive reform of higher education,improve the quality of personnel training provides a major strategic opportunity.The article in the“the Belt and Road”initiative in the context of colleges and universities should actively change the training concept,the top-level design optimization of personnel training,to promote the internationalization of talents cultivation mode,innovation overseas students,promote the curriculum construction,these measures can promote cultivating innovative talents,creative talents cultivation of similar institutions did not accumulate experience.
